I had a question about the Urbi et Orbi Blessings at Christmas and Easter. I know that there is a plenary indulgence attached to this blessing, but in the prayer, the word "absolution" is mentioned.

Is this [blessing|pardon] also enriched with an "absolution" as one would receive in Confession?
