  { Is the Kokopelli against our faith? }

Mike replied:

Hi Charles,

Thanks for the question.

Based on this Wiki article:

Kokopelli is a fertility deity dating back to 750 to 850 A.D.

Seeing the First of the Ten Commandments states:

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not bow down to them or serve them.

It is written: You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.

You would be putting the Kokopelli or Kokopellian concepts before God and your faith so, yes, it would be against our faith.

Mike
