Hi, guys —

  • Do you know where I can find a parish church or monastery of Saint Apollonia, the patroness of Dentistry?

Richard replied:

Hi, Robert —

In the Archdiocese of Boston, there is something named for St. Apollonia:

The guild of Catholic dentists.

It used to meet at St. Cecilia's parish in the Back Bay of Boston. A statue there depicts her holding a pair of tongs and a tooth, in remembrance of her martyrdom, during which the mob pulled her teeth out.

Here is one page about St. Apollonia.
